Founder & Director
Zimbabwen award winning Author for children's books, Filmmaker and German Language Consultant. Massie studied Hospitality and Tourism Management. She advocates for girls and women, artists and passionate about creative arts education and languges. She has traveled around Europe, USA and Africa. Massie is an alumni of the USA Mandela Washington Fellowship under the Young African Leaders Initiative YALI under Business and Entrepreneurship; and the Jim Leech Mastercard Foundation Exploring Enterprenuership Phase under the Deshpade Innovation Centre in Canada.

Desmond “Des Admond” Ntini
Team leader & Co-ordinator
An experienced Arts Administrator and Manager. Desmond is also an experienced Tour Manager having worked with leading arts companies in the country and abroad. His experience in the arts spans over 2 decades.

Linos Sibanda
Arts Coordinator
A performer and trainer with over 10 years of experience, including touring internationally with various arts groups from Zimbabwe . He leads theatre, music, and dance programs.

Arts and Dance Coordinator
A performer and trainer with several years of experience, including touring regionally with various arts groups from Zimbabwe and South Africa like Sunduza Dance Theater Company and AmaAfrica Aqotho Arts. He leads theatre, music, and dance programs.
