Dear Parent/Guardian,
Are you interested in your child becoming part of the African Foreign Languages Arts Academy and Cultural Center (AFLAACC) family?
We are excited to offer your child a unique opportunity to participate in a wide range of enriching activities such as film, photography, theatre, cultural exchange, and language learning. As part of our creative and educational programming, your child may appear in group photos, videos, short films, or social media posts showcasing the amazing work being done at AFLAACC.
Please note the following important information:

Media Release Consent
By enrolling your child in AFLAACC, you are giving us permission to use photos, videos, and audio recordings of your child in our publicity materials. These may appear on our website, social media platforms, newspapers, radio, television, and other platforms for the purpose of promoting our work and raising awareness about AFLAACC’s mission.

Safety and Responsibility Disclaimer
While we take every reasonable measure to ensure your child’s safety during our activities, by signing the participation consent form, you acknowledge that AFLAACC and its team cannot be held legally liable for any unforeseen incidents or injuries that may occur. We are a growing initiative committed to learning and improving continuously, and we deeply appreciate your trust and support as we develop.

Compensation and Participation
Please note that participation in AFLAACC activities is voluntary and non-compensated, unless otherwise specified in a formal contract for a specific project or event. If any paid opportunities arise, they will be clearly communicated and governed by separate agreements.

As part of our growing community, your support helps us create meaningful opportunities for young people while promoting African culture and languages. If you are happy for your child to participate, please complete and sign the Media & Participation Consent Form provided.

Please fill this in with the details of the child,  do not forget to also add your contact as the guardian and your name. This is so that we add you to our mailing list and you can keep an eye out for notices, opportunities and other important information. After submitting this, whatsapp us a short bio or profile and picture of the child, a short video where the child says the NAME, SURNAME, AGE, GRADE SCHOOL, LIKES/HOBBIES in any language they are comfortable with. If for some reason you are unable to download the forms, whatsapp us so we send you the printable free enrollment form and  release forms. 

Also kindly like and share our social media pages and for each child try and get at least 10 likes on any or all our pages e.g Facebook,  Instagram, Whatsapp etc. We appreciate the support and thank you in advance.
