Help Us Feed and Empower Children at AFLAACC

At African Foreign Languages Arts Academy and Cultural Centre (AFLAACC), we believe that every child deserves a safe space to learn, create, and grow.
As part of our after-school and weekend programs, children often spend the entire day with us—from morning until late afternoon.
Many of these young participants come from families who cannot provide regular meals.
To care for their well-being, we are establishing a Soup Kitchen to provide **basic meals—breakfast, lunch, and occasionally supper—**to every child who walks through our doors.

How You Can Help

We invite companies, organizations, and individuals to partner with us by donating cash or in-kind contributions.
Your support can make a direct difference in the lives of these children.

You can donate:

Food Items or food vouchers :

Maize meal, rice, pasta, wheat, grains, cereals, beans, cooking oil, vegetables, fruits, drinks or juices, water non-perishable goods, veggies, fruits,  snacks.

Kitchen Supplies:

Pots, plates, cups, cutlery, or disposable containers for serving meals.

Stationery & Creative Materials:

Paper, pens, paints, fabrics for costumes, craft supplies, and props.

Equipment & Infrastructure:

Desks, chairs, benches,  boads, markers, paints, umbrellas, shipping containers, cabins, etc... 

Cameras, lights, wood planks, paint, doors, or other materials to help improve our centre’s learning and performance spaces.

Transport Support:

Pledges for transporting children to and from the centre or for educational field trips to expose them to hospitality, tourism, and career opportunities.

Why Your Support Matters

Many of our children barely have enough to eat, yet they show up eager to learn languages, explore the arts, and build a brighter future.
Your donation will help us keep our doors open and our meals warm, so they can focus on education, creativity, and hope.

Help support our potluck meals by buying a meal, drink/beverage or snack or support our craft corner so we can keep the center afloat and also keep our kids busy and off the streets with our various programs and also so that we can keep our regular volunteers consistent. 

No contribution is too small—every bag of grain, every plate, every bit counts.

Together, we can create a nurturing space where children can dream, grow, and thrive.
